The Woodlands Arts in the Park festival returns on March 13 at Northshore Park. The family event highlights local art, music and drama. Guests are encouraged to pack a picnic and lawn chairs in order to enjoy a beautiful day of events. The free event will feature local artists selling their original artwork and live entertainment. 

Artists 18 and under are able to submit entries in to the Youth Art Contest until March 8. This year’s theme is “Why I love The Woodlands”. Entry forms can be found on the Township website at www.thewoodlandstownship-tx.gov/artsinthepark.

The entertainment schedule is as follows:

• 2 p.m. - Class Act Productions 
• 2:30 p.m. - The Lyric Voice Studio 
• 2:55 p.m. - Youth Art Contest Awards 
• 3:15 p.m. - The Skittles 
• 4:10 p.m. - Dreamwalker
