Harper' Preserve residents have a new, convenient breakfast option right near home. The first Einstein Bros Bagels opened in The Woodlands on December 12 located on 242 in the old Taco Bueno building. An additional store has opened up in Conroe on 2121 W Davis Street, also in the old Taco Bueno location.

Einstein Bros Bagels offers a wide selection of bagels ranging from whole wheat to cinnamon sugar. They even have a variety of “gourmet topped” bagels which include spinach florentine and challah (a Jewish egg bread).

Among the other items on the menu are breakfast sandwiches, panini, and wraps as well as salads and soups. An array of coffee is served from espresso to frozen caramel lattes. Customers are able to create their own sandwich by selecting their favorite bagel and adding ingredients of their choice.

For the more health-conscious people, a Smart Choices menu is available with items that fall below 350 calories and 15 grams of fat. The Smart Choices items include low-fat fruit smoothies and bagel thin sandwiches. Besides the sweet cinnamon bagels, other dessert items like cookies, scones, and muffins are available.

Customers can also purchase Bagel Buckets which include either a dozen or a half dozen classic or signature bagels of their choice. For larger events, Einstein Bros Bagels also has a catering menu that has almost everything on their regular menu.
