This weekend, home buyers are invited to the Grand Opening of a new master planned community in The Woodlands/Conroe area, Harper's Preserve. This unique gated 1,722-home development is owned by 242, LLC, managed by Sam Yager Properties, Ltd. (SYPL) and is located just one mile east of Interstate 45 on State Highway 242.

Four new furnished model homes are being debuted this weekend by Highland Homes, Darling Homes and Plantation Homes. These models showcase the builder's latest designs and most sought-after features. During this Grand Opening weekend, home buyers can take advantage of special builder incentives and register to win an Apple iPad 2, just for visiting, no purchase necessary to win.

The best of both worlds, Harper's Preserve offers a natural, private setting just minutes from Woodlands Waterway and Mall. The development surrounds a 160-acre wetlands and wooded open space preserve. This preservation and open space area is located on Harper's Horsepen Branch, and provided the inspiration for the development's name of "Harper's Preserve".
