Michael Luster of Turner Mangum, LLC was awarded $5,000 for the Harper's Preserve "Power Players" program. He was the top producing Realtor in the fourth quarter of 2019. Luster was also awarded $10,000 for being the overall top producing Realtor in 2019 in Harper's Preserve. Luster has been a Realtor for four years and really enjoys selling in Harper's Preserve. He said that he has a great relationship with Billie Rodgers, the D. R. Horton Sales Counselor, and has been working with Rodgers three out of the four years he has been a Realtor. He loves to bring his clients to Harper's to show them all that the community has to offer with it's wonderful price points and the close proximity to The Woodlands. Luster stated, "my favorite thing about the community is that it does feel secluded, but yet close to so many things."
