Wendy Ahmad of RE/MAX Integrity was awarded $5,000 for the Harper's Preserve "Power Players" program. She was the top producing Realtor for the second quarter of 2019. Ahmad, who grew up in Conroe, focuses on selling in The Woodlands, Conroe, and Spring. Lately, she has noticed a surge of clients who are relocating from California. She said that Harper's is an ideal community for families who want exemplary schools, including Conroe ISD.

Sam Yager, Inc., the developer, will identify a winner for the third and fourth quarters. In addition to the quarterly recognitions, there is a $20,000 annual award for top producers.
