Harper’s Preserve East Village -New Gated Home sites with Lots of Amenities
Three new sections in the private gated master planned community of Harper’s Preserve are now open.  These new sections contain four new neighborhoods: Palmetto Place, Palmetto Park, Harper’s Trails and Bayou Bend.
