Harpers Preserve Taste of Summer Celebration
Harper’s Preserve celebrated the grand opening of the West Village Preserve Park Recreation Center this weekend with the Taste of Summer Celebration.
On Sunday, June 23 from 1 to 5 pm, visitors experienced the unique new facility and enjoy free ice cream; games including limbo, twister and hula hoops; face painting and sand and balloon art; and free Harper’s Preserve t-shirts and baseball caps. This new recreation center includes a pool barn, community pool, walking trails, fire pit, bowling and bocce ball greens, playground, and horseshoe pits. Lookout Hill, located in this central recreation area, features boulders for children to climb on and explore the environment.
