On Saturday, July 1, 2017, Harper's Preserve held the community's Taste of Summer event in East Village. The event attracted more than 500 residents and visitors.

 

The Gary Kyle band entertained guests as they enjoyed free food from The Burger Joint and Good Dog food trucks. There was also free ice cream and Kona Ice snowcones. Children enjoyed the bungee trampoline, a bounce house, temporary tattoos, and painting their own frisbees.

 

Everyone was also invited to visit any three of the seven builder model homes to be registered to win a free summer vacation. This promotion is open until July 31, 2017, so there is still time to visit builder model homes, pick up the drawing form and enter to win. No purchase is necessary to win.

 

This free fun day was all capped off with a fireworks display at 9:10 pm.
