Hyatt Market Street to host Easter Brunch
THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS – Hyatt Market Street will host an elegant Easter Brunch on Sunday, April 20 with seatings at 10 a.m., noon and 2 p.m., each with an amazing culinary presentation, complimentary bottomless mimosas and visits by the Easter Bunny.
The endless Easter brunch selections will include Lightly Poached Gulf Shrimp with Bloody Mary Cocktail Sauce and Cajun Remoulade, Smoked Scottish Salmon with Traditional Garniture, a local and imported Cheese Board and Seasonal Fruit Display with Lavosh and House Flat Breads.
Breakfast selections will include made-to-order Omelets with farm-fresh cage-free eggs and made-to-order Belgian Waffles, Homemade Buttermilk Biscuits with Peppercorn Cream Gravy, Savory Breakfast Strata, Roasted Yukon Gold Potatoes with Caramelized Sweet Texas Onions and Bell Peppers, Apple Wood Smoked Bacon and Chicken-Apple Sausage w/ Cranberry and Feta Cheese.
For lunch, choose from Skillet Fried Breast of Chicken with Local Honey, Shrimp, Chicken and Andouille Sausage Jambalaya, Hickory Smoked Strip Loin with Horseradish Cream, Au Jus and Crispy Fried Onions, Green Beans Provencale with Roma Tomatoes and Sweet Onions, Smoked Gouda and Roasted Garlic New Potato Mash, and Rustic French Baguettes and Rosemary Garlic Rolls.
Fresh the Hyatt Market Street bakery will be White Chocolate Bread Pudding with Warm Bourbon Crème Anglaise, Home-Style Apple Cobbler with Streusel, Assorted Mini Pastries, Cakes and Tarts, Breakfast Breads, Muffins and Danish.
Easter Brunch at Hyatt Market Street, 9595 Six Pines Drive in The Woodlands, is $55 per person plus tax and 20-percent gratuity. Kids ages 6 – 11 are $25 and children under 5 are free. A bottomless build-your-own Bloody Mary station also is available for $15 per person.
