Patrick Homes also was a finalist in six other categories: Volume Builder Product Design $600,000+, Volume Builder Bedroom, Volume Builder Interior Merchandising for a Model Home $600,000+, Volume Builder Interior Merchandising for a Model Home $500,000 to $600,000, Volume Builder Interior Merchandising for a Model Home $350,000 to $400,000 and Volume Builder Outdoor Living Space under $400,000.
