Meritage Homes has opened two new furnished model homes in the gated community of Harper's Preserve in Conroe which are now open daily. 

 

Meritage Homes is building in three different sections of Harper's Preserve South Village, representing three separate homesite sizes. 

 

The Traditional Series is on the 40' sites with homes starting in the $300s. The floor plans range from 1,414 to 2,265 square feet with 3 or 4 bedrooms and 2 or 2.5 bathrooms. The Traditional series model home, the Glacier floor plan, is designed for the community's 40 foot wide homesite section and features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a 2-car garage, and sits at 1414 square feet. The Glacier floor plan also includes a standard covered patio and the Meritage Homes interior "Elemental" package features the latest design trends. The Classic series model home, the Cedar floor plan, is on a 50' homesite and features 4 bedrooms, 3 and a half baths, a 2-car garage, and sits at 3001 square feet. This two-story model home has optional upgrades such as 8' interior doors on the first floor, a bay window in the primary suite, a covered patio, a media room, and a third bathroom upstairs.
