New South Village Recreation Center Plans Released

Harper's Preserve has unveiled the rendering for the community's new South Village Recreation Center. The impressive new center will include a multi-use resort pool with cabanas, a pergola, adult pool area, sunning shelf, toddler pool and splash pad. There is a party area and pavilion, which includes an area with retractable solar shade panels open to an event lawn area. There is a food truck court, outdoor fire ring, and a playground with a "swing city" and "zippitydo" element. There will be two parking lot areas for the center. "We researched exactly how residents would use the center and made very thoughtful decisions in planning this center," according to Sam Yager III, developer of Harper's Preserve.
