Nearly 100 Realtors visited Harper's Preserve today to check out the new West Village Preserve Park Recreation Center.  Sam Yager Incorporated, Highland Homes, Darling Homes, Brighton Homes and Plantation Homes hosted a summer-themed progressive lunch event, starting with a preview of the new recreation center area and then guiding Realtors through their model homes. Realtors enjoyed a selection of refreshing daiquiris, caprese skewers, gazpacho shooters, chicken kabobs, and chocolate-dipped fruit and a shortcake bar. Door prize drawings were held awarding  an iPad Mini to Teri Wagoner with ReMax Northwest, a $250 Tommy Bahama gift card to Terry Williams with Coldwell Banker United Realtor The Woodlands, and a $250 Calypso gift card to Lisa Mills with Tamborrel Properties.

The celebration of the new recreation center continues this weekend. On Sunday, June 23 from 1 to 5 pm, visitors are invited to come take a look at this unique new facility and enjoy free ice cream; games including, limbo, twister and hula hoops; face painting and sand and balloon art; and free Harper's Preserve t-shirts and baseball caps, while supplies last. This new recreation center includes a pool barn, community pool, walking trails, fire pit, bowling and bocce ball greens, playground, and horseshoe pits. Lookout Hill, located in this central recreation area, features boulders for children to climb on and explore the environment.
