There is no shortage of recreational amenities in The Woodlands, TX with its abundance of neighborhood parks and trails, golf courses, community pools and community events. Riva Row at Lake Woodlands offers outdoor adventurists an opportunity to rent kayaks, paddle boards and swan boats for use along The Woodlands Waterway and Lake Woodlands. Riva Row Boat House reopened their services May 6 following COVID-19.

Currently reservations are required for rentals at the following hourly prices:

• $15 for single kayaks
• $20 for tandem kayaks
• $20 for paddle boards
• $25 for swan boats

The current boathouse hours are Thursday to Tuesday from 9 a.m. and 7 p.m.

Riva Row Boat House will be adding safety precautions for rentals amidst the first phase of re-openings. Reservations are limited to four people for use of swan boat, two tandem kayaks, or four single kayaks or paddle boards. Staff members will be unable to physically assist renters entering or exiting their water craft, and groups waiting for rentals will also aide to keep 6 feet distance from each other. Guests will be able to rent lockers, but the dry bags will not be available at this time. Guest will be able to access the restrooms at Town Green Park, but the boathouse facilities will remain closed to the public. Rental equipment will be sanitized after each use and again at the end of the day.
