Summer is almost here!! Now is the perfect time to register your kiddos for summer camps! 

 

Below are a few local summer camps to check out:

 

Armored Sports: A Christ-centered sports camp for kids ages 3.5-12 years old. Kids will learn Bible lessons and verses while playing games like basketball, dodgeball, and soccer. Staff will act out a Bible story each day.

 

Grades: K-8

When: June 20-23

Fee: $95-$110 per session

Camp Fun Quest: Fun days filled with games, sports, hiking, swimming, crafts, skits, songs, and special programs! 

 

Grades: 1st-6th

When: May 31-Aug. 9

Fee: Conroe residents $100/ session, Non-residents: $125/ session

Location: Oscar Johnson, Jr. Community Center, 100 Park Place, Conroe

 

Registration opens on April 4th for Conroe residents and on April 11th for non-residents.

Totally Teen Program: Camp Fun Quest for teens! This summer program is for those entering 7th and 8th grade and offers community service opportunities as well as field trips designed for this age group. 

 

Grades: 7th-8th

When: May 31- Aug. 9

Fee: Conroe residents $110/ session, Non-residents: $137/ session

Location: Oscar Johnson, Jr. Community Center, 100 Park Place, Conroe

 

Registration opens on April 4th for Conroe residents and on April 11th for non-residents.

Multi-Arts Camp: A specialty camp offered during summer for young aspiring artists interested in developing their talents and knowledge of the arts. Classes are taught by experienced artists.

 

Ages: 7-12

When: Session 1 June 6-10 & Session 2 June 13-17

Fee: Conroe residents $120/week, Non-resident $150/week

Location: The Owen Theatre, 225 Metcalf St. Conroe, TX 77301)
