The War Eagles Came in 4th in District
The War Eagles’ Cross-Country Team ran their way to top rankings! The team trained long and hard for their UIL district competition, and they finished strong. The War Eagles finished fourth in district and earned a spot in the Top 10 Regional Ranking.
The Varsity and Junior Varsity teams competed and earned spots in the 5,000-meter races including the Open Meter 5k. Every practice pushed these runners to improve their times and refine their strategies to do so. Even though this school year’s season is over, they will only get better and better for the next season. Amazing job, War Eagles!
