Ranked #1 in Texas and #3 in the U.S. by Art Fair SourceBook, this juried art show features over 200 fine artists displaying their original artwork along The Waterway and in Town Green Park in The Woodlands Town Center. Tickets for the festival are $12 per adult or $15 for a weekend pass. Children 12 and under are admitted free.
“The Woodlands Town Center is an ideal venue for a weekend celebration of the arts and culture,” said Jenny Wright, Festival Director. “With the Four Diamond Waterway Marriott Hotel and Convention Center, plus hundreds of stores and restaurants at The Woodlands Mall and Market Street within walking distance, The Woodlands Town Center is a great place for a mini-vacation.”
The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, a spectacular outdoor amphitheater, is also hosting a concert featuring jazz legends Spyro Gyra and Lee Ritenour on the evening of April 12, adding a new dimension to the Arts Festival weekend.
The Woodlands Waterway Arts Festival is fun for the whole family. Adults can start the festivities at the Festival Kick-Off Party and 60-Second Art Dash, a fast-paced cocktail party experience where you can dash for art and meet the festival artists. The party is set for Friday, April 11 at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott. Tickets are available online at the link below.
At the festival, kids 4-12 can discover The Early Inspiration Gallery where they can select their own piece of art for their collection for only $5. At ARTopoly, children of all ages can create and take home their own art projects led by The Woodlands Children’s Museum and other local non-profit organizations.
