New Home Buying Seminar May 16
Plantation Homes will be hosting a New Home Buying Seminar on Saturday, May 16 from 10 AM to 12 PM at their Design Center. This seminar will be full of information and will give prospects an opportunity to have all of your questions answered. The focus will be on the buying and building process, financing options, the process of selling a home, and much more.
Each attendee will receive a $25 gas card and will have the opportunity to tour our Design Center.

Mercedes-Benz of The Woodlands Opens April 18
A new Mercedes-Benz dealership will be open across the street from Harper's Preserve on April 18. The new luxury dealership will open at the corner of 242 and I-45, next to Costco.

MCE Class in Harper's Preserve Highland Homes Model Home in April 2015
Houston area Realtors were invited to Harper's Preserve on Tuesday, April 7 for a complimentary Mandatory Continuing Education Class sponsored by Sam Yager Incorporated, the developer of Harper's Preserve. The Ethics course was taught by Rob Cook in the Highland Homes model home. Agents enjoyed breakfast and lunch, plus had a chance to win door prizes compliments of Highland Homes and Plantation Homes. The next MCE Class scheduled for Harper's Preserve is Tuesday, June 2, 2015 in the Plantation Homes model home.

Plantation Homes has EXTENDED their Fresh Start Sales Event through April 30th! Buyers will receive a $2,000 Lowe’s gift card with the purchase of a home.

Hop Over for Easter Event 2015
Harper's Preserve residents and guests had a blast for during the Hop Over Easter Event. Guests enjoyed an afternoon of Easter fun on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. Festivities took place at the West Village Recreational Center Pool Barn on March 29th from 1 to 5 pm, with sweet treats, photos with the Easter Bunny, a bounce house and an Easter Egg Hunt for ages 1-10. Guests registered for a drawing of one of two Easter Baskets provided by Highland Homes and Plantation Homes. The event was free to residents.
