Darling Homes Introduces the Home for the Holidays Promotion
Houston-area homebuilder, Darling Homes, recently introduced a “Home for the Holidays” promotion offering up to $10,000 towards closing costs on select homes purchased by November 30, 2012 in the Greater Houston Area. The incentive can be applied towards closing costs for homes ready for move-in and nearing completion during September, October and November. “We have dozens of home designs under construction throughout Houston’s most desirable and fastest growing communities,” stated Shannon Vining, Darling Homes’ marketing manager in Houston.
Darling Homes Partners with HomeAid Houston to Support HomeAid Hero Program
Darling Homes recently presented a check to HomeAid Houston as a part of their employee-led, community outreach program – Darling Cares. Darling Homes was the city’s first homebuilder committing dedicated funds per each home sale to benefit the HomeAid Hero initiative that addresses smaller remodeling projects ranging from $25,000 to $50,000. Funds raised by partners, like Darling Homes, are awarded to qualified homeless care providers in Harris and the surrounding counties.
