YMCA launching Jeff Galloway Marathon Training Program

The South Montgomery County YMCA is launching the well-known and very successful Jeff Galloway Marathon Training Program, a Run-Walk-Run training that focuses on injury prevention, on August 13.

Jeff Galloway, founder of the Jeff Galloway Training Program, is a world class athlete, U.S. Olympian and author of North America’s best selling running book: Galloway’s Book on Running. His training program has a 98 percent success rate with over 200,000 people successfully using the Galloway method: run-walk, low mileage, three-day training schedules.

Exxon Mobil Corp. Confirms New Office Campus Near The Woodlands

Exxon Mobil Corp. confirmed Tuesday it will construct a large office campus near The Woodlands for employees currently working across the Houston area.

Bryan Milton, president of Exxon Mobil Global Services Co., sent an internal memo to all U.S. based employees saying the new campus will be built on 385 acres near the intersection of Interstate 45 and the Hardy Toll Road.
