It’s not too late to participate in The Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce's Taste of the Town! The annual event has been extended by two weeks through Feb. 11 due to the positive feedback from participants.

This year’s Taste of the Town includes over 30 participating restaurants around The Woodlands area. Each restaurant restaurants offers small dishes for ticket holders to enjoy. Each ticket provides access to one visit per restaurant.

Has your student studied classical music in school and received private lessons?  The Woodland’s Symphony Orchestra (WSO) and The Woodlands Youth Symphony (WAYS) are searching for talented students to join them this year for concerts, master classes, and community outreach. 

The Woodlands Area Youth Symphony maintains the highest level of musicianship through their regional application process The Talent Search is intended to reach those enrolled in junior high, high school or college band and/or orchestra. 

Top Sushi has plans to open in January at 8851 Metropark Drive in Shenandoah’s Sam Moon Group’s development of Metropark Square.

This will be Top Sushi’s sixth location in the Houston area. The sushi restaurant will serve fresh and made to order creations whether you are a newcomer or more adventurous type. 

Join Top Sushi for happy hour or lunch pricing on favorite food and drinks, such as the Yuzu Wasabi Sake appetizer or famous Kamille Roll.

Empire Communities Model Home Harper's Preserve

The Taste of the Town is returning to The Woodlands in January to highlight community restaurants. In previous years, this event has taken place on a specific date in which restaurants share their favorite selections with guests. This year, the event will take place for almost the entire month of January.

Guests purchasing a $25 ticket can visit over 40 participating restaurants from Jan. 4-31 and be offered sample appetizers, entrees and desserts at each establishment.
