Traffic will be impacted from 6:30am-1:30pm
PLAN AHEAD and USE ALTERNATE ROUTES around the race course.
Expect 15-30 minute delays if you cross into the designated center area of the racecourse.
When leaving your neighborhood from inside the racecourse onto Flintridge or Lake Woodlands Drive, expect delays.
Add 10-15 extra for your travel times.
Map your own drive route prior to race day.

New Memphis BBQ Opening in The Woodlands

Texans get excited about good barbeque and the excitement is building about  Corky’s Ribs & BBQ opening at 25657 I-45 N., The Woodlands. Officials said the full-service restaurant would open in the first quarter of 2020. Originally launched in Memphis, Tennessee, the menu features traditional pulled pork sandwiches, pork ribs, brisket, catfish, fried chicken, barbecue nachos, spaghetti, baked beans, loaded macaroni and cheese, fried okra and other Memphis-inspired dishes.

Harper's Preserve Saddle Up Realtor Grand Opening

On Tuesday February 12th, about 70 agents came through Harper’s Preserve for our Saddle Up Realtor Grand Opening.
 

Realtors were entered for a chance to win one of three $500 Gift Cards for visiting all seven model homes in Harper’s Preserve. Claude Humbert with Century 21, Alexandra Schubiger with Coldwell Banker United Realtors and Rosaura Kinder with Champions Real Estate Group were the lucky winners of three gift card drawings.
