Texans get excited about good barbeque and the excitement is building about  Corky’s Ribs & BBQ opening at 25657 I-45 N., The Woodlands. Officials said the full-service restaurant would open in the first quarter of 2020. Originally launched in Memphis, Tennessee, the menu features traditional pulled pork sandwiches, pork ribs, brisket, catfish, fried chicken, barbecue nachos, spaghetti, baked beans, loaded macaroni and cheese, fried okra and other Memphis-inspired dishes.
