Harper's Preserve East Village Grand Opening - Realtor Event

On Tuesday November 10th, about 75 agents came through Harper's Preserve for the Realtor Grand Opening in East Village.

Realtors were entered for a chance to win one of three $500 Gift Cards for visiting all 7 model homes in Harper's Preserve. Lorena Tamborrel with Tamborrel Properties, Rosaura Kinder with Keller Williams & Christine McFarland with Better Homes and Gardens were the lucky winners of three gift card drawings.

Harper's Preserve is celebrating the Grand Opening of East Village. After selling out the West Village portion of the community, this new addition to the gated community of Harper’s Preserve next to the Woodlands has made been to meet high demand for new homes in this area.

Home for the Holidays Sales Event

Plantation Homes wants to ensure prospective buyers are “Home for the Holidays,” with a generous incentive offered Nov. 2 through Dec. 31.

 

Through the program, buyers can receive up to $50,000 in incentives when purchasing an inventory home that is completed or currently under construction during the promotional period.

Harper's Preserve Halloween Fright Night 2015

Harper's Preserve residents were treated to a fun Fright Night on Thursday, October 29, 2015.

Held at the community’s West Village Recreation Center, residents enjoyed a movie presentation of Hotel Transylvania, a costume contest, games and activities, popcorn, light-up glow in the dark necklaces.

Thank you to J. Patrick homes for sponsoring the on-site cotton candy machine and to Ashton Woods Homes, Highland Homes and Plantation Homes for the delightful Halloween-themed gift baskets given away as the door prize drawings.
