Hyatt Market Street to host Easter Brunch
THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS – Hyatt Market Street will host an elegant Easter Brunch on Sunday, April 20 with seatings at 10 a.m., noon and 2 p.m., each with an amazing culinary presentation, complimentary bottomless mimosas and visits by the Easter Bunny.
The endless Easter brunch selections will include Lightly Poached Gulf Shrimp with Bloody Mary Cocktail Sauce and Cajun Remoulade, Smoked Scottish Salmon with Traditional Garniture, a local and imported Cheese Board and Seasonal Fruit Display with Lavosh and House Flat Breads.
The Woodlands Waterway Arts Festival coming this weekend
See The Woodlands Waterway® transformed into a magnificent outdoor art gallery at The Woodlands Waterway Arts Festival, set for Saturday, April 12 from 10 am – 7 pm and and Sunday, April 13 from 10 am – 5 pm. Ranked #1 in Texas and #3 in the U.S. by Art Fair SourceBook, this juried art show features over 200 fine artists displaying their original artwork along The Waterway and in Town Green Park in The Woodlands Town Center. Tickets for the festival are $12 per adult or $15 for a weekend pass. Children 12 and under are admitted free.
Township grants $2.3M to Costco for new location in The Woodlands
Washington-based Costco Wholesale Corporation is proposing a new $30 million location in the Woodlands that is expected to span about 150,000 square feet and bring at least 75 new jobs to the community.
Harper's Preserve Hosts Free MCE Class for Area Realtors
Harper's Preserve, Highland Homes, and Plantation Homes hosted a complimentary continuing education Legal Update course for the area Realtors today, taught by Dave Roedel. Agents enjoyed breakfast, lunch and a chance to win door prizes compliments of Highland Homes and Plantation Homes. The next class will be Ethics and will be held on May 9th in the Plantation model home.
TWFG Muddy Trails 5K / 10K / Little Muddy Kids 1-mile Fun Run / 2K-9 Fun Run
Harper's Preserve resident looking for fun activities to do with their kids can sign up now for the seventh annual Muddy Trails Bash, now sponsored by TWFG, on April 5, 2014, from 3 to 8 p.m. The courses will wind through the beautiful George Mitchell Nature Preserve, located on 1,800 acres adjacent to Rob Fleming Park in the Village of Creekside Park. Weather conditions in Houston during April vary, so participants should train accordingly.
