Realtor Event Kicks off Summer Celebration in Harper's Preserve
Nearly 100 Realtors visited Harper's Preserve today to check out the new West Village Preserve Park Recreation Center. Sam Yager Incorporated, Highland Homes, Darling Homes, Brighton Homes and Plantation Homes hosted a summer-themed progressive lunch event, starting with a preview of the new recreation center area and then guiding Realtors through their model homes. Realtors enjoyed a selection of refreshing daiquiris, caprese skewers, gazpacho shooters, chicken kabobs, and chocolate-dipped fruit and a shortcake bar.
Harper's Preserve Taste of Summer Celebration Set for This Weekend
Harper’s Preserve is celebrating the grand opening of the West Village Preserve Park Recreation Center this weekend with the Taste of Summer Celebration.
On Sunday, June 23 from 1 to 5 pm, visitors can take a look at this unique new facility and enjoy free ice cream; games including limbo, twister and hula hoops; face painting and sand and balloon art; and free Harper’s Preserve t-shirts and baseball caps, while supplies last. Visitors can also register to win a Free Summer Vacation by visiting any builder model home this weekend. No purchase necessary.
Plantation Homes Invites Home Buyers to Beat the Heat
McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc., (MHI) is offering buyers a cool promotion this summer that won’t have them sweating over electricity payments for years.
Through the “Beat the Heat” sales event, MHI will prepay two years’ worth of electricity bills for people buying a home now through July 28. Sales counselors have further details. Plantation Homes, Coventry Homes and Carmel Builders — all part of the MHI family of builders — are participating in the promotion.
