Plan breakfast with the family at a new spot this weekend! Breakfast and lunch restaurant First Watch will open its new location in Shenandoah on May 25 at 1620 Research Forest Drive, Ste. 100.The new restaurant will be taking over the space of a former The Egg and I. Hours: 7 a.m.-2:30 p.m. daily.

May is National Bike Month, and The Woodlands Township with support from Bike The Woodlands Coalition is offering a myriad of activities to get involved. Review the Event Guide to view complete details and learn how to register for an event. Registration, helmets and waivers are required for all riding events. Registration is required for most other non-riding events. You are encouraged to sign up for as many events as you wish. However, please make a diligent effort to participate. Events will have a minimum and maximum number of participants.

Studio 22 Pilates opened recently at 26406 Oak Ridge Drive, The Woodlands, and is accepting appointments for personal sessions. The studio offers up to five-person group classes and features an open-studio concept where classes can work alonside private sessions. Studio 22 Pilates is open Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m.
