A new tree-house style obstacle course planned for the Woodlands is expected to bring the Greater Houston area's adventure theme park game to new heights. The Woodlands Township Board of Directors named the attraction Texas TreeVentures at a recent meeting and construction for the park officially started in Oct.according to township officials. Located inside Rob Fleming Park in The Village of Creekside Park, the aerial adventure park is a high-ropes, tree-based obstacle course with more than 60 features that include rock climbing, beams and bridges, cable traverses and more. 

 

On Saturday, December 8th, Harper's Preserve residents are invited to the 2018 Harper's Preserve Santa Stop event at the West Village Pool Barn. This annual event will be held from 1:00 to 4:00 PM.

Visitors can get a free photo with Santa. There will also be complimentary gourmet hot beverages served by Java Pura, as well as yummy sweet treats.

Music lovers take note! The Woodlands Enrichment Center will open Jan. 7 at 25218 Grogans Park Drive, The Woodlands. The new center will combine the programming of Play Smarter Kids, Kindermusik and The Woodlands Academy of Music—all currently located in the same shopping center—under one roof. All three will close during the winter holidays and reopen in their new 6,000-square-foot space in January. Pre-enrollment began Nov. 5.
