Delta Life Fitness is moving its headquarters to The Woodlands in first quarter 2018 and expanding franchise opportunities to the Greater Houston area including Conroe, Willis, Woodforest, Oak Ridge North and Tomball. The 9-year-old business already has 20 facilities across the country and offers workouts specifically designed for women.

Palette Indian Kitchen celebrated its grand opening Oct. 7 at 3559 Rayford Rd, Ste. 200, Spring. The Indian restaurant will offer dishes such as basmati rice with a choice of meat, thai red curry chicken, badami chicken and a beef naan wrap. Neighborhood patrons came away raving about the authentic dishes and bright flavors. While it is a bit off the beaten path, it's certainly worth the trip!
