Nashville-based GreenPal, an app that connects homeowners with local, vetted lawn care professionals, launched this month in the Woodlands. The free app has been successful in the Greater Houston market and is beneficial for both homeowners and business owners. The app can be downloaded through Android phones or iPhones. Homeowners can schedule their lawn services through the app as well as pay for services and compare service prices.

Harper's Preserve hosted a complimentary continuing education class, Contracts, for area Realtors on Thursday, September 14th. The course, taught by Rob Cook, was held in the Gehan Homes model home.

Agents enjoyed breakfast, the CE class and a chance to win door prizes compliments of the builders in Harper's Preserve. Following the class, a lunch was served in the Plantation Homes model home. 

Interfaith of The Woodlands received two Hurricane Harvey relief donations of $250,000—the largest single donations received by the nonprofit to date—from the Woodforest Charitable Foundation, and the Hunstman Corporation. Since Hurricane Harvey hit southeast Texas, Interfaith has taken over as a distribution organization for Montgomery County and has been accepting monetary and item donations from the community.
