Area Realtors enjoyed the Harper's Preserve Taste of Summer Celebration VIP Realtor Tour on Thursday, June 29th. The Realtors enjoyed a progressive luncheon through the six furnished models of Harper's Preserve: Plantation Homes, Drees Homes, Highland Homes, J. Patrick Homes, Ashton Woods, and Gehan Homes.

While touring the models, Realtors had a chance to enter to win one of three $500 Amex gift cards. Congratulations, to Mireya Hidalgo of Keller Williams, Peggy Curtis of Heritage Properties (not pictured), and Henry Cheek from Check with Cheek in the Woodlands.

If the water is your happy place, then you will want to mark your calendar for the opening of Blissful Waters Float Center that offers sensory isolation zero gravity floats in shallow pools of water. During the first month, customers will receive 50 percent off 60-minute floats and three 60-minute floats for $99. In the coming months, Blissful Waters will add two-hour floats as well as yoga and pilates classes.

Blissful Waters

On Saturday, July 1, 2017, Harper's Preserve held the community's Taste of Summer event in East Village. The event attracted more than 500 residents and visitors.

 

The Gary Kyle band entertained guests as they enjoyed free food from The Burger Joint and Good Dog food trucks. There was also free ice cream and Kona Ice snowcones. Children enjoyed the bungee trampoline, a bounce house, temporary tattoos, and painting their own frisbees.

 

Area Realtors were invited to the Harper's Preserve Taste of Summer Celebration VIP Realtor Tour on Thursday, June 29th. The event was kicked off with Caribbean style music from a Steel Drum Band and refreshing red, white and blue spritzers. 

The Realtors then enjoyed a progressive luncheon through the six furnished models of Harper's Preserve: Plantation Homes, Drees Homes, Highland Homes, J. Patrick Homes, Ashton Woods, and Gehan Homes.

Don't miss out on the fabulous 4th of July festivities in The Woodlands. The holiday festivities begin on Monday, July 3, 2017, with the Houston Symphony’s Star-Spangled Salute at 8:00 p.m. at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, followed by the exciting South County Fourth of July Parade. The 1.3-mile parade begins and ends at The Woodlands United Methodist Church. It begins at 9 a.m., with marching bands, fire engines, clowns, horses and floats. Admission for all is free. Bring the family and join in the fun!
