The Winter Wonderland is coming to The Woodlands on December 3 and 4. The family-friendly event will be held at Creekside Park on Saturday and Hughes Landing on Sunday. The event is free and will feature merchant booths, inflatables, carnival games, reindeer and a photo opportunity with Santa. The 27th Annual Run Thru the Woods event is returning to The Woodlands again this Thanksgiving. The four races, sponsored by GE and run by The Woodlands Family YMCA. Proceeds from the event will go to local charities. There is a 5 Mile and 3 Mile Race for $50 a person as well as a 3 Mile Walk for $37 each. All ages are welcome to participate.

On Saturday, December 10th, Harper's Preserve residents are invited to the 2016 Harper's Preserve Santa Stop event at the West Village Pool Barn. This annual event will be held from 1:00 to 4:00 pm.
 

Visitors can get a free photo with Santa. There will also be complimentary gourmet hot beverages served by Java Pura, as well as yummy sweet treats.

Sugar Land’s Inspiration Stage community theatre will open Disney’s The AristoCats Kids this weekend at the Sugar Land Auditorium. The production will feature 26 young actors from the Sugar Land and Houston-area. The performances run November 11 thru 13 at 7:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Tickets range from $10 to $20 and can be purchased online.
